About Me

Born and grew up in a small village in Melaka, Malaysia, I have been trying to escape from the term “average person” with childhood ambitions like comic artist, inventor and scientist. But life is unpredictable, my interest expanded into computer-related technology and then graduated with a Bachelor of Information Technology in Computer Engineering which involves electronics and computer science. Besides circuits and codes, I also like drawing (more like doodling), reading and obviously, blogging.

About This Blog

I started blogging out of curiosity since there were no microblogging websites like Twitter back then (about year 2004/05) or at least they were yet to become popular and owning a website sounded cool. Initially, I only write about my life and what I thought but then I find blogging is also a good way to share what interests me or some useful information that ought to be shared, so here is it, www.LongYC.com.

By the way, the old blog on Blogger is still accessible via long-yc.blogspot.com until this new site is completely ready to take over. It is going to take quite a while though as I am quite busy with job right now.
